Strata Manager Assistant
With over 50 years of experience in the Strata Management industry, this is an opportunity to join a company and learn from the best.
Your role will be to assist the Strata Managers and be responsible for the following:
- Corresponding with the Owners Corporation and Contractors;
- Typing of breach letters, memos and owner application paperwork;
- Actioning work from minutes of meetings; and
- Issuing work orders, collecting quotes and confirming completion of work with the committee.
The ideal person will have some experience in a Strata Management or Property Management Support role and will preferably be familiar with Strata Master or a similar CRM software program.
The successful candidate must be able to manage professional relationships, be self-motivated and have the ability to problem solve.
