The company operates in multiple locations across Australia and has a strong reputation as a trusted and reliable employer. 

The office is based Nedlands however, this company offers a hybrid work model.  A working from home arrangement is available if preferred as is flexible working hours throughout the week.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop a customer-centric property management team.
  • Drive portfolio growth and new business initiatives.
  • Manage a end-to-end small residential portfolio.
  • Ensure high standards of property management services.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide reports.
  • Full accountability for Trust Account management.
  • First point of contact for tenants and landlords.

  • Proven experience in property management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and drive growth.

  • WA Property Management Registration.
  • Valid WA drivers’ licence.
