Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of financial tasks critical to the commercial real estate operations including:

• Day to day management of the trust account including landlord statements;
• Setting up Contractor profiles;
• Assisting with audits;
• Managing receipts and creditor payments as well as Commercial Tax Invoices;
• Monthly Reporting; 
• Managing accounts receivable and payable;
• Conducting cash flow analysis; and
• Addressing internal account arrears.

About you
In order to hit the ground running in this position you will need:

• Sound experience in a Trust Accounting role within the Property industry
• An understanding of both Xero and Cirrus 8 software packages.

• Salary: $90,000 plus superannuation
• Location: Perth - Western Suburbs
