Their clients include renowned brands such as Nespresso, Tiffany, Coles, and Woolworths, along with national and international tenants in office buildings.

About the Position

As a newly created position in the business, this is an opportunity for you to make the position your own. 

• Manage day-to-day operations of the trust account, including landlord statements for 90 tenancies using REST software.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to assist with budgets, cash flow analysis, and financial statements.
• Provide necessary information to external Bookkeeper and Accountant.
• Assist the Director in overseeing day-to-day operations, driving performance, efficiency, and accountability.
