Trust Accountant Temporary Assignment

About the role
The team Trust Accountant is taking her long service leave and we will need assistance from 13th September until 22 October.

You will manage two separate trust accounts – one for residential via PropertyMe and one for commercial via REST. 

Duties will include:

• Managing the monthly trust accounts process to ensure that tenant invoices are sent, owner reports distributed, payment runs are processed
• Creditor payments
• Work closely with Property Managers, administration support and Daniel with regards to day to day queries and issues

About you
You will be an experienced Trust Accountant within residential and/or commercial real estate. Knowledge of Property Me will be highly regarded. 

A generous hourly rate is on offer. Flexibility around hours of work is also on offer.
